We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can handle all service and sales calls.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling inquiries/complaints from customers, targeting satisfactory closure.

Developing relationships with premium clients and customers, thus enhancing the business.

Providing help and advice to customers using the organization's product.

Complaint management

Customer Satisfaction and improve services.

Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers

Consistency in quality.

Setting up appointments.

Target Oriented.

Making Outbound Calls.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
