**Key Result Area**

**Position **Sales Support / Sales Co-ordination / Sales Administration

**Qualification** : Any Graduate

**Skills**: Communication Skills, Writing Skills and Excel Skills

**Work Experience** : 2 - 3 years in Sales Support / Sales Co-ordinator / Sales Administration role

**Role & Responsibilities**

1. Obtain customer information and other relevant data

2. Maintaining and updating databases of the clients on a regular basis

3. Cold calling relevant personnel of companies explaining about vending machine usage

4. Explaining functional and technical specifications of vending machines to customers

5. Understanding customers specifications and requirements

6. Generating new leads

7. Coordinating with the Sales / Marketing team for client visits of new leads generated

8. Submitting technical specifications and proposals to customers

9. Co-ordinating sign-off of Agreement / yearly contracts / Renewal of contracts

10 Co-ordinate Site visit and prepare Pre-Installation report

11 Coordinate with Operations team for Installation of machine at customers site

13 Outstanding payment follow-up with customers

14 Follow-up with customers for Payment Advices of each payment received / remitted by customer

15. Follow-up for TDS certificates with customers every quarter.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
