**Job Summary**:
ORDER ADMINISTRATOR
PSE Liquid Food (PSE-LFS) is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions, branded processing units, local units and key components for the processing of liquid foods in the area of dairy, beverage and prepared food
This position will be based in Chakan, Pune
**What you will do**:
Drive sales order Projects in according to Tetra Pak OFCE/OFSP process and management system
Responsibility
1. Order Processing:
- Verify and validate Local & export incoming orders.
- Over scope, delivery time and finance in sales and service orders.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of order form, quotation, PO or other relevant sources are fulfilled with full ownership.
- Participate in order clarification meeting.
2. Resource allocation:
- Coordinate with Engineering manager for resource allocation to specific order
3. Order Entry:
- Create Sales order in SAP along with project creation, serial number, equipment creation.
- Makes the order time plan and ensures that it is followed
- Verify all the information is updated correctly in SO.
- Ensure Sales Order Cockpit is updated correctly.
4. Communications:
- Communicate order acknowledgement to respective stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, internal stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service throughout the order process.
- Main communication channel internally and between LFS and buyer.
5. Order Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, such as data privacy and security requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order processing activities.
6. Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve order related issues such as discrepancies in PO.
- Process the Variation order in seamless manner.
- Escalate complex or high priority issue to appropriate personnel for resolution.
7. Financial monitoring, Reporting and Analysis:
- Establish follow up of the cash flow (follow up of invoicing part)
- Generate regular reports on order processing metrices, such as order intake, sales, backorders.
- Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement and potential cost saving opportunities.
8. Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and refine order management process to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancement.
You will have to drive a cross functional team, working on each order, as well as develop and maintain capabilities in the organisation. You will be a member of the order management team in Chakan, Pune.
This role is based in Chakan, India and will require some travelling.

- Well-developed SAP ERP and SAP operational and problem-solving understanding is a plus. Experience from projects/order administrator as well as work with financial planning and follow-up are a must.
- Experience from similar positions, working with customised product organisation, global/Oversee experience, working with Cross functional & Export business, production planning, order planning and SAP R/3 are seen as valuable merits.
