Aspinwall and Company Limited is one of the earliest commercial enterprises in the Malabar Coast, established in the year 1867, by the legendary English trader and visionary, John H. Aspinwall. In the early ’70s, when the English owners decided to disinvest, a major portion of the company’s shareholding was taken over by the Erstwhile Royal Family of Travancore, and they continue to hold the controlling interest to date.
Today, Aspinwall and Company Ltd. has diversified business interests in the areas of Logistics, Speciality Coffee, Natural Fiber Products, and Natural Rubber.
**Eligibility / Skills & Competencies (Need someone from Pharma Air Logistics Background may apply)**
Ø Graduate and ready to do sales with some 2 yrs experience in pharma logistics/Freight forwarding of air-shipments
Ø Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi & local language
Ø Flexible to work at odd times & ready to go for fieldwork too for any sales/ operational activities
Ø Good Interpersonal skills & Ready to learn the new things
Ø A good practical knowledge of MS-Office & must be Internet savvy
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Ø To identify the potential customers in assigned territory and to make sales calls by fixing appointments with them.
Ø To Introduce services offered by SFS Pharma Logistics to potential customers and generate bizs from assigned territory
Ø To Expand the customer base and should be target oriented
Ø Maintaining the rapport with the customers by provide regular update and right packaging/logistics solutions
Ø To address the RFQ’s received from clients and to get costing for the same
Ø To forward the Quote to customer as sent by Biz Head and to follow up with customer for the same
Ø To do and manage all operational activities connected with your location
Ø If any issue arises during the Shipment to take immediate action and rectify the problem by coordinating with Origin/Destination Office
Ø Ensure error free pre-shipment documentation and timely dispatch of post clearance documents to clients in coordination with documentation thereby reducing customer complaints to very minimum
Ø Documentation and transportation arrangement for the cargo
Ø Coordinate with all branches and work on Sales Leads generation
Ø To Follow up with Overseas Agents and our offices Globally
Ø To Follow up with the IATA agents, clearing agents & transporters for rates to quote the customer for few destinations where they can give us the competitive rates
Ø To interact with HQ (Mumbai) for any issues
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
