Project Sales Executive

**Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ITeS sector, including lead generation and qualification.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Proposal Management**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to close deals and secure new projects.
- **Customer Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.
