**Job description**
**Role & Responsibilities**:
1.Prospecting for new customers either by cold calling or web registrations in market
2.Excellent Lead Qualification and Lead Generation skills to discover opportunities for sales follow up.
3.Working in Inside Sales team to discover additional sources of Company, Contact information and outlines methods of obtaining-information
4.Using the Internet and variety of databases to search for business information; initiate First Level contact with ‘C’ and other level prospects & pitch the ground. Maximizing contacts & lead turnover.
5.Interaction with VP or C level people within Enterprise over the phone.
6.Excellent skill set of using the Internet, search engines and other online resources to scour for business and news information from hidden sources.
7.Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions on the phone
8.Able to identify customer sales opportunities that meet Clients financial parameters & Execute on customer reach plan which results in generating qualified opportunities and drives customer loyalty
**Work Experience & Domain Knowledge**:
1.Good communicator, command over English language, ability to present his/her point of view effectively, negotiation skills
2.Result Orientation, demonstrated performance in past records
3.Good grasp of sales, marketing and related concepts so as to quickly understand the objective of any sales project.
4.Convincing power to sell high value solutions & ability to extract maximum information over the phone.
5.Strong Analytical skills for assessing data and market trends
**Qualifications**:
1.Fresh Graduates with Burning desire can apply.
2.Even non-graduates with excellent communications skills and willingness to build career in Sales/Business Development can apply.
**Skills & Attitude**:
1.Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, PowerPoint
2.Excellent oral and written skills and communication skills
