**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- High level of patience and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in English and one or more regional languages
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience working with AI technology (Plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
