Position: Customer Support Executive
- Company : MICM Net Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

- Mumbai Office – 5 Vacancies
- Surat Office – 3 Vacancies
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer support for our Educational ERP software.
- Address client queries and issues efficiently via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements :
- Qualification : Graduate from any stream.
- Experience : Prior working experience with School ERP software is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
