**Position**: Sales Coordinator cum MIS Executive
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Location**: Malad West, Mumbai
**Reports to**: Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Coordination**:

- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and monitor follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis (MIS)**:

- Collect and analyze sales data to generate periodic reports for management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a centralized database of sales information and update it regularly.
- Provide insights and analysis on sales trends, performance, and forecasts.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and suggest solutions based on MIS data.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and transaction histories.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly updating and verifying sales records.
- Prepare and manage sales dashboards for monitoring key metrics.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales processes, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the sales manager or senior management.
- Monitor and track progress of sales targets and team goals.
- **CRM System Management**:

- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate data.
- Assist the sales team in entering and updating client information in CRM systems.
- Ensure that all sales-related activities are logged accurately in the CRM.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate with clients regarding sales orders, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare presentations or reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise between the sales department and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist in sales training, team meetings, and strategic planning.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the sales team or management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or MIS will be an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, MIS reporting, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, MS Excel).
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales process automation is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
