Sales Executive

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Present and negotiate sales offers, including financing and trade-in options.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, accessories, and competitive landscape.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure smooth transactions.
Skill Required:
1. Should be graduated.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
