- Consistency of style guidelines, headings, casing, typeface and alignment

Copy Editing Improving clarity and coherence in every assignment Removing all redundancies, ambiguities, and flaws in clarity
- Ensuring consistency in facts and figures within an article
- **Refining the diction/word choice and syntax/sentence structure in every article** **Improving the word choice to ensure even tonality and style within an article**:

- Refining sentences to ensure clear, simple, and straightforward sentences
- Removing all empty, redundant, and irrelevant phrases and sentences
- Restructuring paragraphs to ensure cohesion and concision

Structuring paragraphs to ensure smooth flow of meaning
- Maintaining a clear connection between paragraphs within a subheadingImproving the Content
Ensuring that the content is tailored to the topic and appeals to the target audience Conducting in-depth research on the topic to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Ensuring that the content addresses key concerns and questions related to the topic
- Ensuring that the content is well structured and logically arranged
- **Verifying, correcting, or removing irrelevant and incorrect information** **Correcting any information that is incorrect but relevant**:
