**JOB DESCRIPTION - IT SALES EXECUTIVE**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive will work on pre-qualified leads provided by Qubithm, where prospective clients have shown interest in our IT solutions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, with a basic understanding of IT, who can turn these leads into valued clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with businesses that have IT solution requirements and successfully convert leads into clients.
- Present Qubithm’s services effectively, addressing client needs and fostering strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Achieve set targets in a supportive, low-pressure environment with flexible working arrangements.
- Focus on achieving targets to meet the company’ requirements.

Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is advantageous.
**Compensation and Perks**:
- Incentive-Based Pay during first 3 months’ probation, with incentives ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per converted lead based on the project value generated.
