Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai
Position Type: Full-time
Experience: Up to 2 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize sales processes.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Pipeline Management:
- Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to contribute to product development.
- Customer Feedback:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of [industry-specific tools or software] is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
