**Position Overview**:
As a B2B Sales Executive in our Corrugated Box Company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship management, prospecting, and negotiation with business clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions using our corrugated box products. The role demands a dynamic and motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients within the designated territory or industry segment.
- Research and analyse competitor offerings and customer requirements to tailor your sales approach.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish, build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our corrugated box solutions as valuable assets to their operations.
**Consultative Selling**:
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their packaging requirements and propose suitable corrugated box solutions.
- Provide expert advice on product specifications, customization options, and cost-effective solutions based on client needs.
**Solution Presentation**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that effectively showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Highlight how our corrugated box solutions can address specific pain points and add value to the client's supply chain.
**Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient progress tracking.
**Sales Targets and Reporting**:
Set and strive to exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently aiming to drive revenue growth.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, design, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer experiences.
**Market Intelligence**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in packaging solutions to provide insights for enhancing our product offerings.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
