
B2b Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients within the B2B market segment through various prospecting
methods, including research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
in target companies.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions that
demonstrate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the
features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth sales cycles, timely
delivery of products/services, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, negotiations, and contract
agreements, to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the
CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify new
business opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide market feedback, contribute to the development of
marketing materials, and support lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a B2B Sales Executive in furniture sales function within the B2B market segment
is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of B2B Furniture sales operations are required.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer connections.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems, sales tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite. It is preferable
to have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline.
