**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients in large corporate organizations and government departments who require IT hardware, networking solutions, and UPS systems.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
**Sales and Revenue Growth**: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our range of IT products and services, including PCs, laptops, UPS systems, and networking solutions.
**Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and government projects to identify business development opportunities.
**Proposal Preparation**: Create customized proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services, highlighting their value to potential clients.
**Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes and securing deals.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Commerce or a related field.
- A strong interest in the technology field and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in IT hardware, networking, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
