**Job Title: Service Coordinator**
**Location: Ahmedabad, India**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate service activities, including scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and managing service requests.
- Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and provide updates on service status.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including client information, service details, and resolution notes.
- Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and service standards are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on service performance and key metrics for management review.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in service coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a service coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
