Key Responsibilities:

- Researching upcoming civil projects in the region and identifying potential clients.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of our company's services and solutions to potential clients.
- Scheduling meetings with General Managers or relevant decision-makers of prospective clients to further discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving targets.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
