**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries.**—**
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.**—**
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.**—**
- Develop monthly sales reports.**—**
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.**—**
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.**—**
- Become experts on company products and service offerings.**—**
- Stay up to date with new products and features.**—**
- Ability to work closely with operations, IT and client onboarding to ensure client expectations are met.**—**
- Scheduling of client meetings, lunches, travel accommodations, etc.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Knowledgeable in customer service best practices.**—**
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support.**—**
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.**—**
- Strong numerical and financial skills.**—**
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Salesforce & SharePoint).**—**
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.**—**
- Be a team player.**—**
- Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills; strong critical thinking and reasoning.**—**
- Background and credit check required.**EDUCATION**:
