**Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Management**_
Office Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of store activities, including inventory, sales, and employee information.
- **Inventory Management**_
Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, reorder products as necessary, and ensure stock is properly stored and organized.
Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and manage discrepancies.
- **Operational Procedures**_
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including managing repairs and maintenance.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures to comply with health and safety regulations.
- **Communication and Coordination**_
Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication between store staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
External Communication: Represent the store in interactions with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- **Marketing and Promotions**_
In-Store Promotions: Implement in-store promotions, displays, and signage to support marketing efforts and boost sales.
Marketing Agency Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of Marketing and promotional activities.
- **Administrative Reporting**_
Monthly Reports: Compile and analyze monthly performance reports for store management to review.
Customer Satisfaction Scores: Feedback from customers regarding their experience with store operations and administration.
Employee Satisfaction Scores: Feedback from staff on administrative support and working conditions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
