Customer Care Executive

Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and offer assistance as needed.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing product information and recommending suitable vehicles and services.
- Assist customers in setting up test drives and coordinate with sales representatives for further assistance.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, finance, and service) to resolve any customer issues.
- Record and escalate unresolved issues to the showroom or customer service manager when necessary.
- Support the sales team by preparing necessary documents, brochures, and vehicle information for customers.
- Assist in the handover process by explaining features, maintenance tips, and servicing schedules for new vehicles.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring all leads are addressed and handed over to the sales team.
- Update the CRM system with customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in implementing customer retention programs and follow up on post-sales interactions.
- Send reminders to customers regarding service appointments, new offers, and promotional events.
- Manage and maintain an organized showroom area, ensuring the display of vehicles is clean and appealing.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Conduct post-visit or post-purchase surveys to gather customer feedback.
- Provide insights to the management based on customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback channels, reporting significant concerns or trends to management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
