Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Resolve Customer Issues**: Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems or complaints, providing timely and effective solutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- **Provide Product Support**: Offer guidance and assistance to customers on product usage, features, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance their overall experience.
- **Process Orders and Returns**: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and issuing refunds or exchanges as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- **Maintain Customer Records**: Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring that relevant information is recorded for future reference and analysis.
- **Handle Escalations**: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution, following escalation protocols as required.
- **Upsell and Cross-sell**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences, maximizing sales opportunities while providing added value.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
