Position Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Support to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to our Lead Engagement team, helping to streamline operations and increase sales efforts. You will play a key role in supporting the three Lead Engagement team members and maintaining our standard of excellence and driving our business forward. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Lead Engagement team with administrative tasks, including organising sales documents, samples and customer lists.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely execution of sales processes.

About You
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
