We are urgently seeking a friendly and professional attitude Admin cum Sales Coordinator having experience in handling multi profile task and willing to join one of the leading and oldest Real Estate Developer (Mangla Group) of Vadodara. As a first point of contact for our sales site office the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and make phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information about the product.
- Providing administrative support such as managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements for clients.
- Reviewing reports from junior staff members to ensure that they are accurate, well-written, and up-to-date.
- Managing the flow of paperwork across an organization by ensuring that internal processes are followed consistently.
- Find New Vendors, Relationship with vendors, negotiate with vendors, Co-ordinate with vendors, and Repair & Maintain office Equipment and office infrastructure properly,
- Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, including but not limited to: calendar management, travel coordination, expense report preparation, document creation, file maintenance
- Provide statistical and budget reports.
- Managing Pantry Stock like: Grocery Tea Coffee, Chocolate, Juices, Cold drinks etc.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate from any reputed college.
- Previous 3-5 years experience as an Admin cum Sales Coordinator and to handle multiple profile task is preferred. Freshers may apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong Personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Weekly Off will be given in Weekdays. Saturday & Sunday office will remain operational.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
