The Back Office Sales Executive provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient workflow and enhanced customer satisfaction. This role involves processing orders, managing documentation, maintaining databases, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team by preparing and managing sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and contracts.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle customer queries and route them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team to ensure seamless order processing and payments.

**2. Database Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Generate sales reports and performance metrics for the management team.
- Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages.

**3. Customer Relations**:

- Provide after-sales support by addressing and resolving customer concerns.

**4. General Administration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and processes.
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotions, or events.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
