**About the organisation**
Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit society, registered in 1988 by then 16 serving police officers of Delhi Police and conceived by Dr. Kiran Bedi, first Indian woman IPS, and her team of North district police, with the main objective of crime prevention through welfare policing, education of street children, vocational skills for women drug peddlers and de-addiction programs were its initiating projects.
Over the last 36 years, we have been working relentlessly to bring about qualitative behavioural change and impact lives of the under-served in need in the urban slums of northwest Delhi and rural villages, peri-urban and urban spaces of Haryana. Our bottom-up approach of inclusive development and self-motivation has touched millions of lives and has moved us on to the path of sustainable development through our programs in Child Education, Women Empowerment, Skill Up-gradation for Youth,
Community Development, and Environment.
**Job Description: Coordinator - Communications, Director’s Office**
**Position**:Full Time
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Masters in Communication
**Experience
- **0 to 2 years
**Location
- **Nayagaon, Sohna Block, Gurugram, Haryana
**Salary
- **INR 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 per annum (CTC)
**Date of Joining
- **Immediate
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders
- Connect and liaison between the Director’s office and various stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Create creative content and develop social media posts, including blogs, press notes, videos
- Assist in coordinating events, conferences, meetings, workshops and ensure smooth execution
- Contribute towards the Foundation's continuous improvement by assisting the
Director in improving processes and policies
