Position Title: LOGISTIC Manager

Location- Sohna, Haryana

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Logistic Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Logistic Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and customer service. This role involves directing and optimising the entire order cycle and coordinating with various stakeholders such as transporters, suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Planning and Management:

- Plan and manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and customer services.- Direct, optimise, and coordinate the full order cycle to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Liaise and negotiate with transporters, suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Coordination and Negotiation:

- Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations.- Negotiate rates and service agreements with transporters and other service providers to optimise logistics costs.

Import/Export Knowledge:

- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and procedures.- Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and domestic transportation laws.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on export and domestic shipping.- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and domestic transportation laws.- Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
