**Job Role

Talent Acquisition Trainee**We are looking for an efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) Trainee to undertake various recruiting administrative duties. You will facilitate daily recruiting functions like supporting the interview process and recruiting events, involving performing tasks focusing on growing our company's talent pipeline and improving our talent pool. You are expected to have excellent time management skills and administration with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities-

Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent.
Establish and maintain our companywide talent database and update information periodically.
Support and participate in recruiting and employer branding events and activities.
Assist in adhoc TA projects, like a collection of interview feedback.

Requirements-

Current college students majoring in Human Resources Management
MBA/PGDM In HR Domain.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills
Organized, efficient, and have good interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (LinkedIn and other hiring sites).

Location- Gurgaon
