Navjyoti India Foundation, an esteemed non-profit organization established in 1987, has dedicated itself to serving the marginalized segments of society, empowering them to lead lives of dignity and quality. Formally registered in 1988 by the esteemed Dr. Kiran Bedi, first woman IPS officer and recipient of Magsaysay Award, along with 15 other like-minded officials, our primary objective was to prevent crime through social development. Our vision extends beyond addressing socio-economic inequalities, aiming to enable vulnerable communities to become self-reliant. We strive to mobilize and empower children, youth, and women, encouraging them to combat illiteracy, ignorance, and gender discrimination. By developing tailored solutions, we effectively respond to the specific needs of our community, continuously adapting to meet their ever-changing demands. With a bottom-up approach of inclusive and sustainable development, we run interventions in Child Education, Skill Upgradation, Community Development, Women Empowerment and the Environment.

**About The Role**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Event Planning and Execution**

1. Organize and coordinate community and organizational events, including but not limited to trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, fundraising events, volunteer engagement events and community engagement events.

2. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth execution of events.

3. Manage related logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and onsite coordination.

4. Take feedback from diverse stakeholders about the event.

5. Work closely with other departments to integrate event activities with broader organizational initiatives.

**2. Multimedia Production**

1. Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and visual presentations.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging and impactful multimedia materials.

3. Ensure the production process adheres to timelines and budget constraints.

**3. Content Creation**

1. Develop compelling content for community and organizational events, including invitations, presentations, and promotional materials.

2. Collaborate with the project team to align community and organizational event content with overall messaging and branding strategies.

3. Create multimedia content for social media platforms to promote events and engage the audience.

**4. Social Media Strategy Development**

1. Contribute to the development of social media strategies to promote events and increase brand visibility.

2. Coordinate with the Communications Coordinator to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

3. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to audience inquiries and feedback.

**Qualification & Experience**

1. Bachelor’s degree in event management, communications, marketing, or related field.

2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in event planning, multimedia production, or communications.

3. Strong organizational and project management skills.

4. Knowledge of event management software is a plus.

**Salary Range**: Between 3.0 to 3.6 Lpa
