**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase our real estate projects.
- **Identify new leads** through various channels and networking events.
- Stay updated on project details to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and **site visits to prospective buyers.**:

- Skillfully negotiate with customers to secure deals aligned with sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior Real Estate sales experience preffered
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Basic computer and tech proficiency.
- Goal-oriented and positive attitude.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
