Insurance Sales Executive

The Sales Insurance Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct needs analysis and present suitable insurance products to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Regularly review and update client insurance portfolios to ensure they meet their evolving needs.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the company’s insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Clearly explain and present the features, benefits, and advantages of various insurance products to clients.
- Customize insurance plans to suit the specific needs of each client.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed set sales targets.
- Track and report sales performance, including pipeline and forecasting, to management.
- Participate in marketing activities, such as seminars, conferences, and events, to promote insurance products and services.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team, underwriters, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Insurance sales: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- IRDA License (preferred)
