**Job Overview**:
The Pharma International Tender Executive is responsible for managing the entire tendering process for international pharmaceutical markets. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, coordinating the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of tender documents and subsequent contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Identification and Monitoring**:
- Monitor and identify relevant international pharmaceutical tenders through online platforms, government portals, and other tendering agencies.
- Track tender timelines and ensure timely submission of bids.
- **Bid Preparation and Submission**:
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., regulatory, finance, logistics, legal, and marketing) to gather necessary documents and information for the tender submission.
- Prepare high-quality, competitive tender bids, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure pricing is competitive in line with company policies.
- Maintain a tender document repository for future reference.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure that all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry and the respective country’s tendering processes.
- Prepare and submit all necessary technical and financial documents required by the tendering authority.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as government authorities, tender agencies, distributors, and partners to ensure smooth submission and follow-up on tender processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tender-related inquiries.
- **Contract Management**:
- Upon award, manage and oversee the contract implementation and ensure that all terms and conditions are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products as per the tender specifications.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and international regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management for strategic business decisions in international tender markets.
- **Reporting and MIS**:
- Maintain records of tenders, bids, and contracts, including win/loss analysis.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on tender performance, outcomes, and areas of improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in handling international tenders in the pharmaceutical industry (typically 2-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, international market regulations, and tendering processes.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
