**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
