**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Conduct regular interactions and follow ups with the clients, generating and handling requirements, and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's services, and effectively communicate the values and solutions to the customers.

Conduct services demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the value proposition of the offerings.

Skillfully negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers to secure profitable deals for both parties.

Ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to finalising the sale.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities within the territory.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other designated tools.

Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the sales manager for review.

Work closely with the sourcing/procurement team, execution, proposal and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfilment.

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Identify and create a pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure a steady flow of business with the customers.

**Skills and Key Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role, preferably in the same industry or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
