**JD of Territory Sales Officer (TSO)**

1. Identifying/networking with financially strong dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

2. Meeting primary volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and staff.

3. Advance monthly Sales & stock projections SKU wise, week wise, for the respective territory and support the production team for correct production planning.

4. Outlet acquisitions in HORECA & Institutional channel and upselling the existing outlet.

5. Achieving secondary, tertiary objectives, collections, market mapping, route / beat coverage & placement plan and root level supervising to ensure the desired productivity.

6. Responsible for planning & executing BTL activities and visibility norms across the territory.

7. Regular and timely reporting -Daily/weekly/ monthly along pre-defined formats to reporting manager.

8. Competitions tracking and keeping management updated with the market trends and activities.

9. ISR’s appointment, training and ensuring productivity.

Required Qualification and Other Skills:

- Education: Graduate or preferably MBA in marketing
- at least 2 -5 years’ sales experience from the same market, as a sales officer.
- PC Know-how: Good MS-Office skills
- Languages: excellent command of Local and English language.

CTC- 2.5 TO 4.5 L PA + Monthly Incentives

NP- 15days.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
