We are seeking a talented Customer Support Operator to join our team online in India.

As a Customer Support Operator, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, identifying customer needs, solving problems, and providing solutions. You will also follow the company's customer service script and rules to maintain positive relationships with our customers, as well as maintain accurate reports.
- Previous experience in customer support is required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- **For India**:Proficiency in English and native Hindi is required
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle a high volume of outbound calls
- Identify customer needs, solve problems, and provide solutions
- Follow the company's customer service script and rules
- Maintain positive relationships with our customers
- Maintain accurate reports

**Salary**: From ₹43,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
