About the Customer Support Executive role


Tazapay is looking for an Customer Support Executive who has rich experience in back office operations involving financial transactions, payments, reconciliation and reporting.  


Responsibilities


  • Support customer on queries related to failed payments, Fraud, Chargeback and payouts 

  • Basic knowledge of API to support customer with Sandbox experience 

  • Handling routine support queries and liaising with Ops for speedy processing

  • Identification of query handling tools and implementation of the same for better customer experience 

  • Advance excel and Macros knowledge for automation of advices

  • Team management experience


The Ideal Candidate

 

Education
  • Graduation or Masters degree


Experience

  • 2 - 3  years of experience

  • Previous working experience in FinTech / IT / SaaS company would be a plus

  • Knowledge of Cash operations and swift payment

  • Basic understanding of compliance and Client on-boarding

  • Nostro reconciliations 

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Knowledge of MS Excel with Macros is must
