Tazapay is looking for an Customer Support Executive who has rich experience in back office operations involving financial transactions, payments, reconciliation and reporting.
Responsibilities
Support customer on queries related to failed payments, Fraud, Chargeback and payouts
Basic knowledge of API to support customer with Sandbox experience
Handling routine support queries and liaising with Ops for speedy processing
Identification of query handling tools and implementation of the same for better customer experience
Advance excel and Macros knowledge for automation of advices
Team management experience
The Ideal CandidateEducation
Graduation or Masters degree
Experience2 - 3
years of experience
Previous working experience in FinTech / IT / SaaS company would be a plus
Knowledge of Cash operations and swift payment
Basic understanding of compliance and Client on-boarding
Nostro reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Knowledge of MS Excel with Macros is must
