Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate communication within the branch and with external parties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and budgets.
- Collaborate with finance department for financial reporting and auditing purposes.
- Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, registration, and academic procedures.
- Coordinate student activities and events in collaboration with student services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities, including attendance, inventory, and expenditures.
- Prepare regular reports on branch operations for management review.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:

- Ensure compliance with college policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in implementing new policies or procedures as directed by management.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by branch management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-6 years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
