**About the team**

This is a critical Techno-Functional Support position for the Protegent CX team which serves the dedicated support for SCM Product. This key position handles relationship for the client while managing the ticketing and customization as contracted.

**What you bring**
- Should know the basics of C#, Asp.net Web Forms, Asp.net MVC, web services, JavaScript.
- Should be able to understand and debug the code using Visual Studio IDE.
- Should be able write sql queries with all types of join and group.
- Should be comfortable using SQL built in functions.
- Should be able to debug complex sql scripts, procedures, views and functions.
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.

**What you will be doing**
- Manage client relationship in techno-functional capacity.
- Responds to SEV1/SEV2 situations.
- Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
- May be involved in customer training. Provides support to customer/users where the issue is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
- Review support transition checklists received from implementation.
- Work on small CX projects independently or have ownership of project execution when multiple staff members are working on the project.
- Liaise with technical support teams to address critical technical support items and assist the team with client triage sessions.
- Collaborate with Prod Ops to track daily load monitoring issues and provide assistance as required to the Ops teams to address load processing issues.
- May select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
