Shanky Group is seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
Job Summary:
We're looking for an exceptional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and perform administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Manage and direct phone calls
- Handle mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain organized records and files
- Provide administrative support
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage inventory of office supplies
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience as a Receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
Salary
- Rs 20000- Rs 30000
