Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for conference rooms.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information and assistance.

Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.

Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Previous experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,480.26 - ₹26,532.38 per month
