Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at Hotel de Romana. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, handling receptionist duties, managing the front office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Front Office management skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience in handling front desk responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices
