The person is expected to do the below activities:
1.Streamline the activities in the office such as quotations, invoices, sales trackers, lead trackers and other book keeping activities

2.Should be able to communicate with clients and clarify queries on quotes, invoices, delivery schedules and installation

3.Coordinate with other teams such as sales, delivery, vendors and take care of payments

4.Assist the support teams with activities such as travel ticket bookings and petty cash

5.Prepares monthly reports of various streams and present to the leadership team

Skills Required:
1. Must be very good is using Microsoft excel

2.Having working knowledge of Google sheet is a plus

3.Should be able to communicate in English, Telugu & Hindi.

4.Should have very good documentation and writing skills

Experience Requirements:
2 Years of prior experience is mandatory
