Office Administrator/receptionist(Married Female)

Greet people entering the office, make entries on the visitors register, and inform the concern. answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Answer phone calls, and messages and deliver them.
- Manage Visitors Register, Attendance Register, etc.
- Accept deliveries and mail, and organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone
- Maintain the reception area, managing housekeeping staff/pantry boys to keep the office neat.
- Managing Stationery, keeping track of the stationery items. managing in the Excel sheet. Coordinate with vendors for the same.
- Managing day-to-day filing of bills, electricity bill reminders, filing petty cash bills, etc.
- Petty cash handling day-to-day expenses and maintaining Excel sheets.
- Admin activities & HR Activities.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
**- At least two years of experience**
- Computer proficiency
**- Strong verbal and written communication skills**
- Ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
