_**Reception Duties**:_
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch Domestic and International
- Ensure guests are attended to promptly and provided with necessary assistance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
- Arranging guest lunch.
- **Administration Duties**:_
Keep track of office boys' attendance and overtime, and assign tasks as needed for smooth operations
- Should maintain a track of Pantry and stationary material
- Oversee office cleaning activities to maintain a clean, organized and hygienic work environment
- Travel arrangement and booking for Management people includes Flight, hotel and visa, currency arrangement
- Support the CEO by managing various tasks for him such as processing credit card payments, preparing expense vouchers, Travel booking, cabin set up and maintenance. - Handle employee and administration expenses, ensuring accurate submission to the accounting department for timely payment.
- Co-ordination with various vendors like EPBX, Air condition, stationary, travel agents, office repairing, pest control Etc
- Taking care of office maintenance and repairing work time to time.
- **Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**_
Proven experience as a Receptionist & administration for 2+ Years
- Person should be proactive - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good time management skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms and procedures is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
