Admin Receptionist(Married Female)

_**attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.**_
- **greeting the visitors at the office. Registering their names and contact details.**_
- **maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.**_
- **providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.**_
- **keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.**_
- **supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.**_
- **sometimes responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization.**_
- **attending meetings and trainings as per requirement.**_
- **conferring and coordinating with other departments.**_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
