**Job Descriptions**:
Sales Plan - To create an annual sales plan, product wise, customer segment wise, territory wise. - Review Plans every quarter - Sales targets for every quarter, and its review Prospects Generation and daily calls - Generate 300 prospects a quarter / year - Conduct minimum daily calls/ visits 10 per day to prospects, -calls to existing customers Tour Planning - Submit monthly tour plan, ex-HQ and HQ in advance - Get approval from reporting manager for any deviations to approved tour plans Sales Execution - Execute the sales process by responding to client enquires in a proactive and timely manner - Inform sales HO of any new requests/market information received - Complete all formalities related to customer compliances
