- **Should have prior experience in sales & marketing, business development, account management in IT, software technology consulting industry.**:

- **Strong understanding of the software technology landscape and market trends.**:

- **Ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. In depth knowledge of IT software solutions and consulting services.**:

- **Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.**:

- **Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.**:

- **Understanding of different software development methodologies and technologies.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintain strong relationships with clients & work with internal cross functional team.**:

- **Ability to develop a customer centric approach by handing client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.**:

- **Strong presentation skills to effectively demonstrate software solutions & analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and client needs.**:

- **Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives & targets.**

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
