Export Documentation

Responsibilities:
Prepare and review export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and certificates of origin.
Ensure that all documents comply with international trade regulations and the specific requirements of the destination country.
Stay updated on import/export laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
Collaborate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other regulatory bodies to address any compliance issues.
Liaise with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to gather necessary information for document preparation.
Communicate with international clients, shipping companies, and customs brokers to coordinate documentation processes.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all export-related documents for auditing purposes.
Create and manage a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents when needed.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Post shipment documentation, coordination with banks for E-BRC.
Provide shipping instructions and monitor the progress of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to documentation promptly.
Work to resolve problems that may arise during the export process, such as customs delays or documentation errors.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
